Audit Senior Manager – Charity + NFP + Leeds + Top 20 Firm

Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a varied portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients, delivering audits and advisory work tailored to your clients’ needs
  • Taking ownership of engagements from planning to completion, while working collaboratively with your team to ensure quality, insight, and compliance
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance on accounting, practical advice on controls and wider advice
  • Supporting business development through tenders, networking, and identifying opportunities to add value within existing relationships
  • Mentoring and developing audit seniors and trainees, contributing to a culture of learning, support, and shared success
As an Audit Senior Manager, you will
  • Be ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Have over 4 years post-qualified experience
  • Be experienced in managing a large portfolio of clients
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for the charity and not-for-profit sector
