Job summary

Pro Finance, located in the North Northamptonshire area, is seeking an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join its growing team. The role combines audit and accounts work with study support for ACA/ACCA, offering clear progression in a collaborative environment.

You will gain exposure to a diverse client portfolio, work in a flexible hybrid setting, and benefit from ongoing development and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience within an accountancy practice.
• Experience in audit, accounts, or a mixed role.
• AAT qualified or studying ACA/ACCA.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Attend client sites and carry out audit fieldwork.
• Prepare audit testing and working papers.
• Produce statutory accounts for a range of clients.
• Prepare supporting schedules and draft tax computations.
• Work closely with managers to resolve queries and meet deadlines.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Build strong client relationships and provide a high standard of service.

Location: North Northamptonshire (commutable from Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Stamford, Rushden and surrounding areas)

The Opportunity

A growing accountancy practice is looking for an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA professional seeking a varied role combining both audit and accounts work. You'll gain exposure to a broad client portfolio, receive excellent support with your studies, and benefit from genuine progression opportunities within a collaborative and supportive environment.The role offers a mix of office-based and client-facing work, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
