Responsibilities

• Complete pre‑issuance reviews of listed and high‑risk audit engagements
• Collaborate across the business to develop, implement, and monitor quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality
• Share key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing development of quality initiatives as part of the audit quality enhancement plan

Qualifications

• ACA qualified (or equivalent)
• Senior Manager within Audit (Manager grade considered)
• Proven technical auditing and accounting skills with experience with listed and high‑risk audit engagements
• Passion for improving audit quality; prior audit quality or methodology role advantageous
• Outstanding communication skills; articulate complex issues clearly and provide constructive feedback
