Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Audit Project Engineer to join our team. This role will execute steam system audits at sites throughout the UK and ROI as part of our focus on partnering customers through the manage, optimise and decarbonise journey.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on
- Audit delivery ownership, ensuring all customer objectives are met by onsite activities and audits are presented back to customers
- Help our sales teams to scope, pre‑qualify, quote and deliver a digital portfolio of products and solutions
- Support the implementation of Ecobolt, steam insights, connected asset, connected metering and monitoring through field training and support
- Support the scoping of digital connected solutions, working with the service team to refine connection solutions
- Support the onboarding of connections through the ComApp, SXS Engineering Portal and STRATA
- On‑site and back‑office installation and commissioning support to the service and survey teams
- Support sales teams with enquiries and pull‑through opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximise customer value and sales potential
- Support the onboarding of contractors with the installation of panels and any other physical solutions
Your previous experience is likely to include….
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Experience and knowledge of steam and condensate systems and thermal energy principles
- Professional engineering or equivalent technical field
- PowerApps, Excel, Word, STRATA, JIRA ideal but not essential
