Job summary

PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED in London seeks an experienced Audit Partner to lead the Insurance practice. You will manage senior client relationships, drive audits, and shape service delivery across a diverse client portfolio.

The role requires ACA/ACCA with RI, extensive Insurance audit experience, and a proven track record in business development and leadership to grow the practice.

Qualifications

Our client is a leading professional services firm with an established Financial Services practice and a growing presence within the Insurance sector. They are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join their Insurance team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader to work with a diverse range of Insurance clients while helping to shape the future direction of the practice. The successful candidate will combine deep sector expertise with strong client relationship and business development skills, supported by a proven track record of leadership and team development.

Qualifications/Experience Required

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with Responsible Individual (RI) status.
• Extensive experience working with clients in the Insurance sector.
• Proven track record of leading complex audit engagements and managing senior client relationships.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit, financial reporting and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrable success in business development and identifying growth opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
