Job summary

IN2 Consult is partnering with leading UK firms to appoint an Audit Partner in London. This is a true leadership role with ownership of a portfolio, strategic influence, and backing to build a sector practice.

You'll manage complex engagements with RI status, win new work through your network, and develop Directors into the firm's next leaders. Flexible hybrid working and a clear route to equity complement a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• RI status with at least 2 years' signing experience.
• Partner or Director ready for promotion.
• Strong grounding in UK GAAP and IFRS.
• A proven record of winning work and managing client relationships.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing audit teams.

IN2 Consult is retained by several leading, fast-growing Top 15 firms to appoint Audit Partners into their London offices. These are true leadership roles. You'll own and grow a portfolio, have real influence on strategy and have the backing to build a sector practice with your name on it.

Sector focus
We'd particularly like to hear from people with a strong track record and network in one or more of these areas:

• AIM-listed and main market / PLC
• Insurance
• Financial Services
• Private Equity and PE-backed portfolios
• Real Estate

The role

What you'll bring
