Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK invites high-plying graduates to join its Audit Graduate Programme, with structured study and hands-on client work from day one.

You'll build technical and commercial skills while studying towards ACA, gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of organisations, and benefit from strong mentoring and a clear development path across Audit, Tax and Advisory teams.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent qualifications).
• Achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from your top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or other recognised Level 3 qualifications.
• Achieved or predicted a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements by testing financial information and reviewing evidence to help ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant.
• Analyse financial data to understand how businesses operate, identify risks and highlight key findings.
• Use audit technology, AI-powered tools and data analytics to interpret large volumes of data, identify trends, enhance insights and improve audit quality.
• Research accounting and auditing standards and help apply them to client situations in a practical way.
• Work closely with clients and colleagues, gathering information, responding to queries and contributing to meetings and reports.
• Collaborate with specialists across Audit, Tax and Advisory teams to gain a broader understanding of client challenges and solutions.

Join our Mid-Market Audit team, working with a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, from ambitious start‑ups to large international groups. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of industries, helping businesses achieve their goals while developing valuable technical, commercial and client‑facing skills.
