Job summary

Tate & Lyle in London is seeking a proactive Audit Manager on a temporary basis to cover a Leave of Absence. You will plan and execute risk-based audits across the group, partner with management on controls, and drive process improvements while traveling up to 50% globally.

This fixed-term contract runs through May 2027 and is based in our London offices. You will mentor junior staff and contribute to best practice across the Group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering risk-based audits.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and assurance.
• Experience coaching and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements, alone or with the team.
• Produce and share audit findings with local management and actions.
• Ensure audits meet high standards per GAA Methodology.
• Partner with management to understand risks and adapt plans.
• Prepare quarterly updates for the Region and attend meetings.
• Collaborate with compliance and ethics for investigations.
• Coach new starters and develop audit processes.
