About the Role

We’re working with a leading audit and advisory firm that is expanding its external audit offering. They’re seeking a skilled Audit Manager (or Assistant Manager ready to step up) to join their specialist investment funds audit team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international funds, including mutual funds, private equity, venture capital, and digital asset‑focused entities. The role offers exposure to global fund structures and cutting‑edge financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements and manage teams to deliver high‑quality client service.
  • Ensure compliance with international auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS or US GAAP).
  • Review audit fieldwork and prepare files for partner review.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting.
  • Experience in audit planning, fieldwork, and completion.
  • Previous experience auditing investment funds.
  • Knowledge of digital asset funds is desirable but not essential.
