Job description

As an Audit Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping household name brands ensure transparency and accountability in their commercial relationships with media, creative and other marketing services agencies. You’ll be involved directly in our audit projects – analysing data, completing audit fieldwork and presenting your findings to the Audit Lead. You’ll also get hands on experience with non-audit activities such as marketing and IT security. This is a great opportunity to learn quickly, exercise your own judgement and make a real impact in a collaborative and curious team.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with agencies to gather audit data and supporting evidence
  • Perform data cleansing and transformation to enable audit analysis
  • Analyse the data and present findings to the lead auditor
  • Populate audit reports with the results of your analysis
  • Apply FP’s proprietary audit methodology during detailed testing
  • Evaluate audit evidence, record your findings and present issues to the Audit Lead / Assistant Audit Manager
  • Support Audit Leads / Assistant Audit Managers in preparing audit reports and client debrief presentations
Non Audit Responsibilities
  • Gain awareness and understanding of the UK advertising and media industry though training, reading industry publications and research
  • Participate in operational activities that are integral to the smooth running of the business e.g. IT security, anti-money laundering etc.
  • Play a part in ‘non-audit’ projects that are integral to the development of the business i.e. IT automation, adoption of AI etc.
  • Engage actively in team meetings, both virtually and in person
  • Complete technical training linked to success in your role such as Microsoft Office, data analysis and visualisation applications etc.
  • Complete mandatory training in areas such as anti-money laundering, professional ethics and cyber security
