Audit Assistant Manager / Manager — A growing Birmingham-based accountancy firm is seeking an ambitious and driven senior auditor or audit manager to join their expanding team. Responsibilities

• Manage, or assist in managing, a diverse portfolio of audits across OMB, SME, and corporate clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least four years’ experience in audit, accounts preparation, and basic tax compliance within small, medium, or large firms.
• Senior candidates should have strong commercial acumen to advise clients strategically, identify risks, and spot opportunities for additional services.
• Proactive, hands-on professional with strong managerial potential, excellent client relationship skills.
• Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified.
