• Ideally has SME client exposure across non-financial services.

• Assist Partners and Directors in all aspects of audit engagements.
• Delegate, mentor, and review junior team members' work.
• Deliver high-quality audit engagements with a proactive approach.

They are looking to increase their headcount, starting at the Assistant Manager grade, to be based out of their Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in assisting Partners and Directors across all aspects of audit engagements, from planning and budgeting through to reporting, and leading where necessary
• Delegate, mentor and review junior team members’ work
• Deliver high-quality audit engagements with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
• Build strong client relationships and liaise with senior stakeholders, or assist with technical and related work
• Support final reporting and post-audit follow-up processes

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of FRS 101, FRS 102, UK GAAP, IFRS
• Ideally SME client exposure across a range of non-financial services sectors
• Based in the North West and commutable to Manchester
• Right to work
