EY in the United Kingdom offers an Audit Apprenticeship programme designed to develop deeper analytical and professional judgement for future audit leaders. You will gain hands-on experience, work with teams across EY globally, and progress toward ICAEW or ICAS qualifications.

You will operate in a hybrid setup—travelling to client offices, working from EY offices, and occasionally from home—while studying for professional exams and benefiting from EY’s coaching and learning resources.

Responsabilités

• Gaining diverse experience to become a business advisor.
• Analyse financial and non-financial data to test controls and verify statements.
• Learn from your team and mentors in day-to-day tasks.
• Work across a portfolio of clients with hybrid arrangements (client offices, EY offices, home).
• Study towards a Professional Qualification with in-person courses and exams.
• Attend EY learning courses to continually learn new skills.
• Meet regularly with your Career Counsellor and Apprenticeship Coach to track progress.
• Participate in activities to build network and support business performance.
