Job summary

Moore Kingston Smith is offering a Level 4 Audit Apprenticeship at our Heathrow office. You will gain hands-on experience across audit and advisory services, work with a range of clients, and earn a Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting from the AAT.

The two-year structured programme includes training towards Level 3 and 4 AAT qualifications, paid study leave, mentoring, and progression opportunities. You will start with most time in the office, building practical skills and client service

Qualifications

• Open to students without a university degree.
• Two-year structured training contract with Level 3 and Level 4 AAT qualifications.
• Paid study leave and ongoing support from a Buddy/Training Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and auditing guidelines.
• Attend client offices and represent the firm professionally as part of the audit team.
• Assist in planning audits and preparing lead schedules.
• Perform audit testing on key financial areas like income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
• Draft tax computations and support management of tax-related audit procedures.
• Maintain accurate working papers and update client data in accounting software.
