Job summary

DJH invites applications for an Audit & Accounts Trainee based in Bury. This apprenticeship offers fully funded training and a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn audits, management accounts and tax computations while supporting a busy client base.

The role suits college leavers or graduates; graduates need a 2:1, school leavers need GCSEs and A-Levels. Expect a structured development plan, shadowing and a path to professional qualifications through our Proven Process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with audits and accounts for a varied client base.

As an Audit & Accounts Trainee, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced team to provide great advice to clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

It’s a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:

• Be a part of a talented team, adding value to the exceptional work we deliver to clients
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and wowing them daily
• Work as part of a team to deliver meticulous and efficient audits for a wide range of clients
• Crack on with your personal development plan – shadowing, questioning and learning to help you achieve your ambitions and be victorious in your studies
• Look at corporation tax computations
• Prepare management accounts
• Gain exposure to a range of industries, for example, manufacturing, hospitality, construction

• Be a college leaver or graduate. Graduates should hold a minimum 2:1 degree. College leavers should hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 5 and above (including Maths and English at grade 6 or above), and be on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above in any subject.
