Job summary

RECfinancial's client, a leading East Midlands accountancy practice, seeks an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to work with a varied portfolio and support trainees. You will help prepare statutory accounts and tax computations, assist with audits from planning to sign-off, and develop client relationships across industries, including charities and pensions.

Qualifications

• Ideally AAT qualified with accountancy practice experience (2 years).
• Bright, enthusiastic and keen to progress in audit and accounts.
• Experience of Audit, from assisting with clients to ensuring final sign-off.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Genuine passion for delivering great client service and teamwork.

You'll work with a varied portfolio of clients across multiple industries, helping to prepare stat accounts, tax computations whilst building relationships and supporting the development of trainees.

With exposure to specialist areas including charities, not-for-profit organisations and pension schemes, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, take ownership of your work and make a real contribution to a highly regarded practice.

You'll also help assist with full end to end Audit, ensuring all work is complete and signed off., gained through gathering of all Audit information, working papers, stock evaluation etc.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally AAT qualified with previous accountancy practice experience. (2 years)
