East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Audiology Clinical Lead (Band 7) to lead adult audiology services at Park Practice base, with cross-site work across East Sussex.

You will drive service development, clinical audit, IQIPs accreditation, and line management of staff, while collaborating with GPs and the voluntary sector to improve patient outcomes.
