Job summary

Artemis Clarke Ltd seeks HCPC-qualified Hearing Aid Dispensers/Audiologists on a permanent contract,52 37.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 across the UK. You will perform tests, advise on hearing solutions, process orders, and provide excellent aftersales service.

Role requires HCPC registration, driving licence, and eligibility to work in the UK. A competitive package includes a basic salary, car or allowance, and bonus prospects.

I am working in partnership with a national hearing company which was established in 1968.

My client helps patients across the UK, Wales and Scotland and is situated in over 80 city centres, and offers domiciliary visits with field dispensers together with clinics in over 300 visiting sites.

I am on the search for Hearing Aid Dispensers / Audiologists (HCPC qualified).

This role requires all applicants to be eligible to work within the UK / EU without restriction. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

You will be responsible for

• Conducting hearing tests for potential customers in accordance with the HCPC standards of proficiency and HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and BSHAA guidelines
• Advising on and selling suitable remedial hearing solutions as a result of testing, in accordance with the HCPC standards, care of practice and guidelines
• Processing orders and carrying out other administrative tasks in accordance with company requirements
• Delivering excellent aftersales service, responding to service calls and resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.
