Are you an empathetic, confident, and patient-focused Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser looking for a role that blends clinic‑based work with home visits? We’re recruiting for a well‑established, trusted audiology provider that delivers personalised hearing care across multiple locations in the Midlands.

About the Role
  • Morning : Clinic-based appointments
  • Afternoon : Home visits / domiciliary service
  • Hours : Mon‑Fri, 09:00–16:30
  • Travel : Within 30 minutes of clinic (driving required)
  • Patients : Pre‑qualified by skilled reception team
Typical Appointments
  • Full hearing tests + hearing aid demos (90 mins)
  • Annual service appointments (30–60 mins)
  • Wax removal (optional, training provided)
What We’re Looking For
  • RHAD qualified
  • Minimum 12 months private audiology experience
  • Wax removal skills not essential (training provided)
  • Confident in patient communication and care
  • Team-focused, empathetic, and innovative
  • Community‑oriented: able to engage with care homes, GPs, and referral networks
Technology & Hearing Aids
  • Manufacturers : Phonak, Unitron, Oticon, Widex, GN, Starkey
  • 90‑day exchange period, 12‑month interest‑free finance available
  • Full access to diagnostic tools and hearing aid demonstration technology
Salary & Benefits
  • Base salary : £34K (negotiable) + 2.5% commission on all sales
  • Car allowance or fleet car + mileage / fuel card
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
