Job summary

DMC Healthcare is seeking an Audiologist to provide audiometry testing and hearing aid fittings on a self-employed basis, covering Humber & North Yorkshire / Lincolnshire ICB. The role focuses on delivering high-quality NHS audiology services in ENT clinics and supporting patient care across the region.

Responsibilities include pure tone audiometry, rehabilitation guidance, and collaboration with ENT teams for adults and older children.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Audiology or equivalent with clinical placements.
• Experience with microsuction is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first assessments following guidelines and protocols.
• Develop and implement individual patient treatment plans.
• Provide advice on assistive listening devices and refer to other services when needed.
• Perform timely diagnostic tests during ENT clinics for adults and older children.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient notes and waiting list data.

Duties to include:
