Job summary

The Hearing People is seeking a clinically confident Clinical Audiologist to work across Derby clinics, delivering in‑clinic appointments and home visits. You will assess patients, fit hearing aids, and provide ongoing aftercare with a patient‑centred approach.

We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, a fixed‑term 12‑month contract with potential for extension, and a supportive, collaborative team environment within a technology‑driven audiology service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Audiology or equivalent; HCPC registered.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments and consultations for NHS and private patients.
• Recommend, fit, and fine‑tune hearing aids to meet individual needs.
• Provide thorough aftercare and follow‑up support to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, compliant patient records in line with HCPC and company standards.
• Manage stock of hearing aids and associated equipment.
