The role covers planning, budgeting, scheduling, client liaison and supplier coordination to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery for demanding stakeholders.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, contractors and clients to maintain quality and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Project Manager – Audio Visual

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Location: Hampshire - Winchester, Andover, Newbury, Alton, Basingstoke, London & surrounding areas

We are working with an established international Audio Visual/LED business that is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an international business delivering innovative Audio Visual & LED solutions across a diverse range of projects and sectors.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing projects from initial planning and coordination through to successful delivery and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Audio Visual/LED lighting projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, budgets and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and managing potential risks.
• Ensure projects meet agreed deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
• Oversee procurement, logistics and installation activities where required.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Manager who can confidently manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Previous experience in a Project Management role.
• Experience managing technical, engineering, construction or installation projects.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on successful project delivery.

Experience within any of the following industries would be advantageous:

• LED systems.
• Electrical engineering.
• Audio Visual (AV) installations and integration.
• Building services.
• Technical installations or engineering projects.
