About the Role

We're working in partnership with a leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic team in Maidenhead. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of AV/VC projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics across multiple installations
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
  • Assist with procurement and equipment tracking
  • Monitor project budgets and flag variances to the Project Manager
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience in project coordination or administration (AV/IT/Construction sectors preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, (url removed), or similar)
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of AV or VC technologies (desirable but not essential)
