Job description

To provide high-quality operational support to our client's customers and internal business functions. BTO owner of the internal PM process, ensuring jobs are delivered within agreed timescales. This role is office-based at our client's HQ in Maidenhead; all candidates will need to live within a commutable distance.

Accountabilities

PM Support Activities:

  • Manage and coordinate team sessions and master project list.
  • Ensure quality assurance of project collateral for all projects across the team from start to finish.
  • Responsible for closing projects and ensuring the as‑built drawings are in the configuration.
  • Create and distribute RAMS when required.
  • Attend all BTO team calls to remain aware of current projects.
  • Attend PM team meetings to assist with project allocation and allocate projects in the absence of the Operations Manager.
  • Manage small projects when there is no Project Manager – booking resources, coordinating the procurement plan, agreeing installation dates with the customer, agreeing attendances with the customer, and reviewing the final sign‑off.
  • Assist the sales team with internal documentation.
  • Prepare Subcontractor Scope of Works templates based on information provided by the Project Manager and coordinate purchase orders with the ISEs.
  • Coordinate Site Survey Projects.
  • Arrange resources and book dates with the customer.
  • Obtain documentation and forward site surveys to the Sales Consultant.
  • Support the Senior PC in day‑to‑day activities and support the PM or Operations Manager with calls and ad‑hoc administration requirements.
  • Process PM and Design Team Timesheets as allocated by the Operations Manager.
