Exciting opportunity for an AV or networking engineer to step into a field‑based role across premium residential & commercial sites‑own networks, keep systems flying, and grow with a fast‑scaling specialist.

Responsibilities
  • Provide field‑based maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for high‑end AV and networking systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve control, network, and distribution issues (audio, video, VLAN, IP, Wi‑Fi, automation platforms).
  • Deliver scheduled visits and reactive support, ensuring seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the wider project and service teams across residential and commercial environments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and uphold exceptional client service standards.
Qualifications
  • Background in AV, Home Automation, Commercial Integration, or Networking / IT Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (VLANs, routers, switches, IP configuration) and familiar with Control4, Lutron, Crestron.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional European projects).
  • Proactive approach, strong technical acumen, and professional client communication.
