Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Actively seek out sales opportunities, upsell additional services, and meet sales targets.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of events and conferences, including budgeting, planning, and billing.
• Supervise the technical aspects of live events to ensure smooth execution.
• Liaise with external third-party providers to source equipment and technical labor as needed.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in sales and a strong ability to close deals.
• 2+ years of events production experience with hands-on technical knowledge, especially in Lighting, Audio, Projection, and LED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience managing people is advantageous but not required.
