Are you an AV Engineer seeking a varied, field-based role that bridges both smart home and commercial automation for an Award winning SME offering progression into Senior Management?

Join a leading specialist working across two sister brands - one in luxury residential and one in cutting-edge commercial AV - where you'll gain cross-training and long-term progression. You'll support high-end AV installations combining reactive troubleshooting with planned maintenance to keep premium residential and commercial systems performing at their best.

The Role
  • Carry out maintenance, updates, and component replacements across residential and commercial AV systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve networking, control, and distribution issues (audio, video, Wi‑Fi/LAN, etc.).
  • Liaise with design and project teams to ensure smooth aftercare and client satisfaction.
  • Document fixes and updates clearly for internal records and future service visits.
About You
  • Skilled in Audio Visual systems and IT networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Control4, Crestron, Lutron, or similar control platforms.
  • Confident working independently on client sites, with a focus on quality and detail.
  • Ideally from a residential AV background, though commercial AV engineers with strong networking skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Keen to broaden your expertise - full training provided on either residential or commercial systems depending on your background.
