As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented and driven AV Engineer with approximately 2 years of hands‑on experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Configuration: Install and configure audiovisual equipment including displays, audio systems, video conferencing systems, and other AV hardware.
- Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for AV systems in various environments, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to ensure their AV needs are met, offering technical support and guidance as required.
- Site Surveys & Planning: Assist in site surveys, and help design and plan AV systems based on client requirements.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment, ensuring timely solutions and high‑quality service.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of system installations, maintenance activities, and client interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Around 2 years of experience working as an AV Engineer, with hands‑on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining AV systems.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AV equipment, including video conferencing systems, projectors, audio equipment, and display technologies.
- Problem‑Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non‑technical clients.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients to deliver high‑quality AV solutions.
- Certifications (preferred but not required): Relevant AV certifications such as Extron, Crestron, or AMX would be advantageous.
