Overview

Are you a seasoned AV Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex, high-value programmes from concept to completion? Our client—a world-leading audio visual integrator—is seeking an experienced Client Direct Project Manager to join their Projects Delivery Department. This is a senior-level opportunity to lead end-to-end AV deployments across client direct and construction projects, working closely with sales, operations, and engineering teams. Responsibilities

• Manage multiple AV projects within budget and to client satisfaction
• Monitor progress against programme, resolve issues, and minimise delays
• Ensure consistent execution by implementing standards and SOPs
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, contractors, and AV integrators
• Oversee health & safety documentation and safe systems of work
• Understand contractual obligations and regional regulations
• Ensure technical and drawing information is accurate and approved
• Manage system setup and concept validation
• Handle financial aspects including invoicing and variations
• Interface AV systems with client building infrastructure (hardware/software)
• Represent the company professionally at senior stakeholder level
• Produce real-time project documentation and reporting
• Attend pre-tender interviews and maintain impartiality
• Develop subject matter expertise in key areas of AV project work

Technical Expertise Required

• AVoIP: Crestron NVX, Extron NAV, Q-Sys NV, bandwidth planning
• Dante/AES67: audio over IP, clocking, distribution, layer 2 networking
• IP Networks: VLANs, DNS, multicast/unicast, PTP, IPTV routing
• DSP Design: channel counts, licensing, device limitations
• Audio Reproduction: signal levels, echo cancellation, EQ, delay management
• AV System Design: schematics, signal flow, workflow validation
• AV System Build: M&E coordination, containment, power/data requirements
