About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of corporate Audio Visual solutions who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the delivery of high-end AV installations across commercial environments - from boardrooms and collaboration spaces to large-scale integrated systems.

Company Overview

Our client specialises in designing and delivering cutting-edge AV and video conferencing solutions for blue-chip companies, financial institutions, and public sector organisations. Known for their technical excellence and client-first approach, they're expanding their project delivery team to meet growing demand across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AV projects from initial concept through to final handover
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define scope and expectations
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation
• Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and quality control checks
• Ensure all installations meet technical specifications and industry standards
• Provide technical input and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing AV projects in commercial/corporate environments
• Strong technical understanding of AV systems, VC platforms, and control technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation
• Full UK driving licence
