Job summary

Apprize Technology Solutions is seeking experienced evaluators to engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI system across diverse topics. You will assess AI-generated speech for tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, clarity and pacing, and provide objective, concrete feedback grounded in clear guidelines.

The role involves completing tasks within tight turnaround times, participating in 20–30 minute conversation sessions, and submitting at least four evaluation tasks within 24 hours

Qualifications

• Professional English speakers or candidates with expert-level English proficiency.
• Natural English accent and strong conversational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong listening, analytical, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• Ability to identify differences in accent, pronunciation, tone, and fluency.
• Candidates should ideally reside in their expert-language markets.
• Comfort participating in conversational sessions lasting approximately 20-30 minutes.

4. Role & Responsibilities

5. Assessment & Selection Process

• Written Assessment: Approximately 25-30 minutes, assessing written communication and the ability to provide clear, relevant responses.
• AI Conversation & Evaluation Assessment: Approximately 2.5 hours, involving conversational interactions and detailed evaluation.
• Candidates must submit at least four evaluation tasks within 24 hours of receiving the assignment.
• Successful completion of the assessment process is mandatory before onboarding.
