Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Events) in Weybridge to support a premier audio rental company serving large live events including stadium shows and festivals.

The role covers loading/unloading equipment, inventory management, goods in/out, and handling shipping documentation. You will work a 40-hour week with overtime at 1.5x, with clear progression into supervisory/management roles and a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Background in Warehouse Operative or assistant role.
• Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment from trucks and high racks.
• Inventory management and goods in/out.
• 40 hours per week with overtime available at 1.5x.
• Progression into supervisor/management.
