We are looking for a proactive and skilled Audience Data Manager to join our innovative Data team in London, UK. In this key position, you will be a guardian of our audience data, responsible for its accuracy and accessibility to drive our CRM and newsletter initiatives. This role is central to our audience segmentation and personalisation efforts, leveraging a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
As a crucial part of our team, you will not only be responsible for building on established processes but also for introducing new efficiencies and innovations. Your work will directly maximise the value of News UK's data platforms and empower our teams to make data‑driven decisions that enhance customer engagement and business growth. You will be a hands‑on contributor, a strategic thinker, and a collaborative partner to stakeholders across the organisation, helping to translate complex data into tangible business outcomes.
