Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join North Wales Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Cupra & Skoda. You’ll service and repair vehicles to high standards, diagnose faults and work within structured dealership processes.

We value team players who deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and are committed to ongoing training and development with access to top-of-the-line facilities and PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification.
• Ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and repairs to high standards.
• Diagnose faults and carry out vehicle diagnostics.
• Follow dealership processes and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with customers.

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Vehicle Technician to join our team at North Wales Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Cupra & Skoda

Are you currently working in a fast fit garage, MOT Centre, Auto repair shop or Independent garage? We want to hear from you!

Don't worry if you are not currently working for VWG, we have the training and facilities to help you make this next big step in your career!

We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and highly organised individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills as well as Technical expertise.

Each of our dealerships boasts state-of-the-art facilities, equipment and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly and clean. We are committed to ensuring our colleagues have a safe environment to operate in and provide all necessary PPE.

About You

You will be a team-player who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where there are set processes and procedures.

You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification.

Ideally, you will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.
