The Governors are seeking to appoint an Attendance Support and Improvement Officer

to support the staff of this popular secondary school to improve learner attendance through accurate use of data, timely intervention and trusted relationships with learners and families. The postholder will support the Education Welfare Officer, Senior Leadership Team and ALNCo, provide targeted assistance to learners whose attendance is causing concern, and maintain clear evidence of the impact of interventions.
