Job summary

Lymm High School is seeking an Attendance & Pastoral Officer to join the Student Services team. You will work alongside another officer to raise attendance and engagement and to provide pastoral support to all students.

Experience in a school setting and familiarity with Class Charts and SIMS is advantageous; a flexible, team‑focused approach and ability to build relationships with students and families are essential.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and improving attendance will be the primary focus.
• You will be part of the student services pastoral team and provide pastoral care and support for all students.
• The role requires working well in teams, flexibility, resilience and a can-do attitude.
