An educational support organization in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a dedicated individual to support the Attendance Manager in raising student achievement through promoting good attendance. The role involves managing attendance data, handling inquiries about student absences, and engaging families. Candidates should have basic IT skills and a minimum of 3 GCSEs including Maths and English. Training will be provided, making prior experience beneficial but not essential.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated individual who is ready to make a real difference in the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will support the Attendance Manager and raise student achievement through actively promoting the importance of good attendance.
35 hours a week, 08:00am to 3:30pm, 39 weeks a year.
Under the direction and supervision of the Attendance Manager with accountability for attendance:
