Are you highly organised detail-oriented and committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential Pine Ridge and Lorraine Federation and Cordwalles Junior School are seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join their team and play a key role in promoting strong attendance across the schools.

This is a vital role focused on monitoring pupil attendance implementing targeted interventions and working closely with families and external agencies to support improved attendance and punctuality. Your work will help ensure every child has the best possible opportunity to succeed.

Your opportunity

We are seeking an Attendance Officer to join our dedicated and experienced Pastoral Team. Working under the guidance of the Senior Leadership Team you will be responsible for monitoring and recording attendance data implementing interventions and liaising with families teachers the pastoral team and external agencies to promote good attendance and punctuality. This is a fast paced rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and a methodical approach. You will work closely with our Home School Link Worker to improve the attendance of pupils.
