Outwood Academy City Fields is seeking an Attendance Assistant to manage daily attendance registration systems and provide clerical support to the Education Welfare Officer.
The role requires meticulous organisation and a clear, proactive communication style with parents and staff. You will help minimise persistent absence and raise academy attendance, with a 32.5-hour week, term time plus 5 days, on-site in Wakefield. Closing date: 7 September 2026; Interview: 10 September 2026.

Join us as an Attendance Assistant, where you will manage the critical day-to-day registration systems and processes and provide essential clerical and operational support to the Education Welfare Officer. Your accuracy and communicative approach will be essential in liaising with parents and staff to minimise persistent absence and help raise academy attendance.
