Job summary

The Joseph Whitaker School in Rainworth near Mansfield is inviting applications for an Attendance and Administration Support role. You will be the first point of contact for attendance calls and the daily absence checks, providing essential admin support to the Attendance and Safeguarding team. Qualifications

• Provide attendance and administrative support to the Attendance and Safeguarding team.
• Experience working within a school setting is advantageous.
• Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for attendance calls to the Academy.
• Carry out first day absence calls and provide admin support.
• Support safeguarding and attendance processes and records as required.
• Contribute to a positive, well-organised office environment.
