Job summary

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access. The UK-based ATM Commissioning Engineer role prepares ATMs for dispatch, configures and tests units, and coordinates with the Scheduling Team to meet deadlines.

Role involves on-site support, branding and signage, stock management, and QA checks before despatch. Ongoing training is provided to develop ATM technical skills and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Good general PC skills (Word and Excel, e-mail).
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, able to learn procedures and follow structured methods.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ATMs, including system setup.
• Install locks and perform live functionality testing prior to dispatch.
• Manage and record consumption of parts, ATMs and materials.
• Fit branding, wraps and signage, and ensure ATMs are clean before despatch.
• Complete ATM balancing and final quality checks before dispatch.
• Liaise with colleagues, technical support, security teams, and third parties to resolve issues.
