Virtu is seeking an Atlas Developer in London to design, develop, and maintain its front-to-back trading infrastructure, covering order management, exchange connectivity, smart order routing, internalisation, and clearing. You will work across frontend and backend projects using Java, Go, and C++, focusing on low-latency, scalable systems and high-performance tooling.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience building distributed, scalable software in Java, Go, C++.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain low-latency trading systems and infrastructures.
• Develop trading tools leveraging the high-performance system.
• Improve the scalability and performance of the trading infrastructure.
• Design technical solutions to meet future business needs.
• Handle frontend to backend projects across multiple languages.
