Mae Aspire People yn chwilio am Athrawon sy'n gallu cyfathrebu'n hyderus yn Gymraeg i ymuno ag ysgol arbenigol yng Nghaerdydd, gan gefnogi disgyblion ag Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (ADY).
Mae'r ysgol yn cefnogi disgyblion rhwng 3 a 19 oed ag awtistiaeth a/neu anghenion cymhleth a dwys, gan ddarparu amgylchedd dysgu personol iawn sy'n canolbwyntio ar anghenion unigol pob disgybl.
Mae'r cyfle hwn yn addas iawn i Athro Cymraeg ei iaith sy'n angerddol am ADY ac addysg arbenigol. Mae profiad blaenorol mewn ysgol arbennig neu leoliad ADY yn ddymunol, ond nid yw'n hanfodol.
Mae'r ysgol yn cynnig cyfnod sefydlu cadarn, mentora a chyfleoedd datblygiad proffesiynol, gan ei gwneud yn gyfle gwych i Athrawon sydd am ddatblygu eu harbenigedd ym maes ADY.
Y Rôl
Byddwch yn gyfrifol am:
- Gynllunio a darparu dysgu o ansawdd uchel sy'n canolbwyntio ar y disgybl
- Gefnogi disgyblion ag awtistiaeth, ADY ac anghenion cymhleth
- Cyfathrebu â disgyblion yn Gymraeg lle bo'n briodol
- Addasu'r addysgu a'r dysgu i ddiwallu anghenion a galluoedd unigol
- Datblygu sgiliau cyfathrebu, annibyniaeth a sgiliau bywyd disgyblion
- Creu amgylchedd dysgu diogel, cadarnhaol a chynhwysol
- Gweithio'n agos gyda Chynorthwywyr Addysgu a thimau cymorth eraill
- Meithrin perthnasoedd cadarnhaol â disgyblion a'u teuluoedd
- Monitro cynnydd a chyfrannu at gynlluniau dysgu unigol
- Defnyddio strategaethau priodol i gefnogi cyfathrebu, ymgysylltu ac ymddygiad

Aspire People are looking for Teachers who can communicate confidently in Welsh to join a specialist school in Cardiff supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
The school supports pupils aged 3-19 with autism and/or profound and complex needs, providing a highly personalised, pupil-centred learning environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Welsh-speaking Teacher passionate about ALN and specialist education. Previous experience within a special school or ALN setting is highly beneficial but not essential.
The school offers a strong induction, mentoring and professional development programme, making this a great opportunity for teachers looking to develop their specialist practice.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, pupil-centred learning
- Supporting pupils with autism, ALN and complex needs
- Communicating with pupils using Welsh where appropriate
- Adapting teaching and learning to individual needs and abilities
- Developing pupils' communication, independence and life skills
- Creating a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider support teams
- Building positive relationships with pupils and their families
- Monitoring progress and contributing to individual learning plans
- Using appropriate strategies to support communication, engagement and behaviour
We're Looking For
- QTS or relevant teaching qualification
- Ability to communicate confidently in Welsh
- Passion for working with pupils with ALN and additional needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A patient, creative and adaptable approach to teaching
- Commitment to pupil-centred learning
- Experience working with autism, complex needs or within a specialist setting is desirable
- Mainstream teaching experience will also be considered
- EWC registration or willingness to obtain
- Enhanced DBS for Children on the DBS Update Service
