Job summary

A regional healthcare provider in Southampton seeks an Assurance and Compliance Administrator to support regulatory compliance and assurance processes. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Governance Team for an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to support the regulatory compliance and assurance processes across Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust services.

You will support the Regulatory Compliance Manager in ensuring all services are registered correctly with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and ensure processes are in place to continuously monitor compliance. You will support with the administration of CQC enquiries and inspections, and log responses to and from them.

Supporting the Clinical Assurance Manager, you will support with the administration of quality assurance processes, arranging and logging assurance visits and filing evidence of improvement.

Main duties of the job

The main purpose of the job is: To co‑ordinate the activities of and provide comprehensive administration support to the regulatory compliance and assurance team; To provide general administrative support to the Regulatory Compliance Manager and Clinical Assurance Manager.
