Responsibilities

• To Prepare Financial Budget, Cash flow, Receipts, Payments and Bank Reconciliation.
• To prepare of cash book, Bank book, Income statement, Trail Balance and Financial Position on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Financial Report.
• Responsible for all accounting matters related to Accounting & Finance.
• To maintain all accounting activities of the companies independently.
• To ensure that the daily accounting works are performed in an efficient manner.
• Must have adequate knowledge on VAT, VAT return-Mushuk, TR challan & Income TAX return & payment procedure and have to deal independently.
• To prepare the financial statements in accurate and timely manner.
• Maintenance of all banking activities and Inventory Management.
• Preparation of Audit report, Withholding Tax Report and other govt. Report on timely manner.
• To keep accounts and systems up to date using ERP Software.
• To manage the Accounts Receivable function.
• To handle the ERP,VAT & TAX issues independently & confidently.
• To record monthly payable VAT & TAX as per payment document & arrange to pay to the Govt.
• Analysis of Financial Ratio's.
