We're looking for a passionate and skilled Associate UX Designer who's keen to strengthen our multidisciplinary team!
As an Associate User Experience Artisan at the UK's largest supermarket, you'll help craft digital shopping experiences used by millions. You'll work on new opportunities, contributing to the smart solutions that improve every stage of a customer's shopping journey. You'll get to know business objectives and user expectations, helping build design solutions that exceed both. And you'll become an expert in testing, iterating and improving what you do and how you do it!
Audiences don't get bigger or more diverse than this. We have 11 million active app users and over 1 million online grocery orders a week. So, this is an outstanding opportunity to work on some high-profile user journeys. You'll need a big appetite for learning everything human-centred design, customer research and data and analytics. Collaboration mixed with expertise and insight is the recipe for successful design. So, you'll be working with some of the finest UX and UI designers, researchers, UX writers, service designers, data and analytics experts, product managers and developers.
Our secret ingredient is our Digital Design System. So, it would be great if you already have experience using one!
