Job summary

Gambit Search is recruiting for an established Leeds-based accountancy firm with a strong Transaction Services practice. The Associate will support delivery of financial due diligence across buy-side and sell-side engagements and will progressively take ownership of projects and client relationships.

Working within a busy TS team, you will engage in scoping, reporting, and presenting findings to clients, while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Confident Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent preferred.
• Transaction Services / FDD experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
• Support project management from scoping through to final report delivery
• Analyse financial performance, working capital and key value drivers
• Assist with report writing and presentation of findings to clients
• Manage and mentor junior team members

I'm currently working with an established accountancy firm in Leeds with a highly regarded Transaction Services practice, as they look to hire an Associate to support continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy TS team with strong deal flow, exposure to a broad range of mid-market transactions and clear opportunities for progression.

The Role
