A leading, independently owned town planning consultancy with offices across the UK and Ireland is seeking an Associate-level Planning Consultant to join its Edinburgh team. The organisation provides commercially focused strategic planning advice and works across multiple sectors, including energy, infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, tourism and leisure.

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will take responsibility for managing their own projects, handling planning applications and appeals, preparing planning appraisals and development plan submissions, undertaking research, and supporting a wide range of planning consultancy activities.

Candidates should be ambitious, commercially aware, and detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.
