Qualifications

  • MRTPI status (or very close to chartership) required.
  • Experience within a planning consultancy or local authority environment is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Scottish planning policy and legislation necessary.
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills needed.
  • Confidence in client-facing situations is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied portfolio of planning applications and strategic land promotions.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients, landowners, and stakeholders.
