Are you a passionate sustainability leader ready to take on a high-impact role shaping the direction of a major design practice's sustainability offering? This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to help grow a well-established sustainability team and expand their footprint within the London market.

The Role

As an Associate, you'll take a leading role in business development, client engagement, and strategic project delivery, helping to position the practice at the forefront of sustainable and net-zero design.

While you will oversee a Building Physics team, this role is not technical in nature - it's focused on leading people, building relationships, and driving growth. You'll act as the lead consultant across multiple projects, offering holistic sustainability advice that integrates environmental design, carbon reduction, and energy strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Developing new and existing client relationships to drive business growth across the London market.
• Acting as the lead sustainability consultant, providing strategic and holistic advice on sustainable and net-zero design.
• Overseeing the Building Physics team to ensure technical excellence, without the need for deep hands-on modelling expertise.
• Managing multiple projects and coordinating input from sustainability, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Representing the business externally at events, client meetings, and industry forums.
